When we had to sell my mother's house we were overwhelmed. We didn't know how to choose a realtor. We didn't even live in the same town. To our everlasting gratitude we ended up with Chad! His good nature and humor put us at ease from the start. He demystified the process and professionally shepherded us along, step by step. We always felt that he was on top of everything and we were secure in his hands. We live a few hundred miles away, and Chad stepped in unasked to take care of hands-on things such as arranging the home inspection, taking care of repairs, etc. etc. His amazing generosity with his time saved us lots of travel! Chad understood that he was selling a 'home', not just a 'house', and he brought his kindness and sensitivity to the process. No matter how busy he was, Chad stayed in frequent communication. He brought his full attention to all our meetings, and made us feel that we were his only clients, not one of many. Now, many months later, I can't believe the house is sold and everything is happily finalized....It all went so smoothly....Surely it had to be harder than that??!

He is the most honest realtor we have met, he is true to his word. He delivered on every promise made to us. He made the purchase and sale of our home a very easy, stress-free experience. Chad is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with.

What an experience! Chad sold my home very quickly, for what I wanted and then assisted me with my new purchase. His attention to the finer details like the photography, staging, showings and marketing sure made the whole process easier. It was just such a wonderful experience. All I can say is that Chad goes above and beyond for his clients. I struggle with “salesman” because I usually don’t feel safe thinking they just want a sale. But Chad was the opposite in fact he was so honest when’s home we liked was not a good fit, he would say this isn’t the right choice. We never felt pressure, we never felt rushed, he worked so hard to find us a home that worked for our family, lifestyle and budget. I can’t thank him enough. He works so hard and has so much expertise that I felt confident in my purchase! You da man Mr. Mielke! 10/10 recommend. Look no further than Chad! He’s your guy!
