What an experience! Chad sold my home very quickly, for what I wanted and then assisted me with my new purchase. All I can say is that Chad goes above and beyond for his clients. I struggle with “salesman” because I usually don’t feel safe thinking they just want a sale. But Chad was the opposite in fact he was so honest when’s home we liked was not a good fit, he would say this isn’t the right choice. We never felt pressure, we never felt rushed, he worked so hard to find us a home that worked for our family, lifestyle and budget. I can’t thank him enough.
