Kim was great to deal with and had alot of knowledge and information on the building I chose as well as the trends of pricing in the downtown market

Kim was absolutely amazing. As a first-home buyer, I was nervous and had an odd list of requirements of what I wanted to feel at home in a place. She took my requests, looked into the city, and had conversations with me regarding the results. She spoke with me very kindly, sharing her knowledge and experience without making me feel lesser. It felt like she was on the journey with me and had my intentions at the forefront. I never felt rushed, and she always made me consider different perspectives or aspects of homeownership that would help encourage me to make more informed decisions on such an important purchase in my lifetime. She had referred me to some individuals she had used throughout the process, and some of her colleagues had used them, but she was also open to any I had. I could always get a prompt reply from her, either by email or text, about my inquiries or requests. I honestly can't say enough about how much better I felt about the process with her next to me and guiding me along the way. I have raved about her to some family members and friends and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
