I would highly recommend Kim for your next home purchase! She was knowledgeable, professional and a skilled negotiator. Kim kept me informed and was encouraging throughout the buying process which was reassuring with such a significant financial commitment. Above all, Kim was patient and easy to talk to. She helped me persevere until I was able to find the best home for me. She allowed me the time I needed and I NEVER felt pressured. I have bought 5 homes now and Kim was the best realtor I've had.
