This is the second time we have used Kim and Brenda to sell one of our properties; we have also used them twice to purchase properties, and will continue to use them in the future. Their in-depth review of our home, the surrounding community, and the city of Calgary provided us with the knowledge we needed to get a fair value for our home, as well as a fair purchase price for our new home. Kim and Brenda's communications were upfront, honest, and supported by data. They were always available and reassuring, even as we sold our home in the height of the COVID pandemic. Furthermore, their relationship with other realtors allowed for valuable feedback from people who viewed our home; again, putting our mind at ease by confirming we were asking a reasonable price for our home. Mrs. Whyte was very professional to work with. Booked us for showings on all houses we wanted to see. Always early, always followed up with us. A very knowledgeable realtor who negotiated hard on the house we bought. Went over our contract with a fine tooth comb to make sure we were taken care of. She even provided snacks for our kids and Lysol wipes during this Covid time! She is fantastic, we would recommend her to anyone!
