For our recent purchase, they were readily available for showings, carefully pointed out pro's and con's of various properties, took time to get to know which factors were important to us, ensured we had timely access to current listings in a highly competitive market, and recommended we view the property we ultimately ended up purchasing. They provided excellent advice, kept us closely informed, and had creative strategies which allowed us to prepare an offer that was accepted by the seller. We would recommend them 100% and would use them again in a heartbeat.
