Brenda and Kim are excellent at what they do!! I wanted it sold and they got it done! They had a list that was detailed regarding the repairs and updates needed to sell the house. I believe this was one of the reason's it sold so fast, they're eye for detail.

Brenda was very knowledgeable of the neighbourhoods we visited and was able to guide us in figuring out what part of the city we would like best.
