<p>We just purchased our first ever home in this crazy highly competitive market here in the Okanagan! We feel so fortunate to have worked with and been guided through the entire (crazy) process with Brendan! Always making himself available to answer any of our questions or concerns right away whether it was a phone call, e-mail or text message.. even on a Sunday! We were never left wondering or waiting. In todays market, you have to be on your toes and quick- He is just that! Accommodating our schedules to ensure we could see what was out there- extremely knowledgeable, offered honest and trustworthy advice, and showed genuine care and interest in our search/needs. He was so gracious and patient, really encouraged us not to give up and that something would surface that would be just right for us!</p> <p>This being our first home, the process can be very overwhelming and stressful, however Brendan was able to ease our minds by leading us step by step through the process and explaining things in terms we could understand with such professionalism, respect and enthusiasm.
