He helped us prepare our home for a very quick sale which led to an offer in just 10 days on the market. He answered our numerous questions promptly and kept us in the loop at all times. We love that Brendan goes above and beyond in marketing the house and even making an online video/open house. I would highly recommend Brendan to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor!</p>

<p>I've used Brendan twice now, once selling a condo and 2 yrs later just bought into another condo. Unfortunately I was two provinces away when he emailed me info on a condo that was for sale with all what I was looking for. I put my trust in him and I was not disappointed!<br /> He had all my specifications of what I was looking for and location. I absolutely love my new condo and the location is perfect. <p>Brendan was recommended to me by some friends that had nothing but good things to say about him. Being from out of town, I only had limited time to come to Kelowna and fix up my rental unit before listing it. Brendan came in and gave me great advice on where I should focus my limited time and money on quick renos before listing to get the best possible returns.<br /> The listing was phenomenal and attracted a lot of people on the very first day. The house went into a 3 person bidding war on the very first day and sold way over asking price. All of this happened while I was out of town, and so he had to be very involved and attentive. Thank you so much Brendan, If anyone ever asks, I will be highly recommending you as well.</p>

<p>We would highly recommend Brendan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Nothing about our journey was easy - through no fault of Brendan's - but he patiently got us through and we are now happily in our new home. He will get the job done and follow through but never with any pressure. We don't plan on selling anytime soon but, if we did, we would definitely have Brendan handle it for us.</p>
