Brendan has helped us with a few real estate purchases in Kelowna and Big White. We have looked at many different properties with Brendan and his consistent knowledge of the area, the property and the market is always on point and impressive. But the most important attribute about Brendan, and why I consistently refer to him, is that I never feel like I’m being ‘sold’. Working with Brendan is like working with a good friend that happens to be your realtor. His real estate knowledge, coupled with his genuine, and honest good nature, is reassuring when you’re making a decision in buying or selling your home or investment.

Brendan handled any issues with the selling of our townhome and the purchase of our new home quickly and efficiently. When the seller of our new home didn't clean the house before we moved in, Brendan quickly hired a house cleaner and had it done before we arrived with our possessions. He even hired a window cleaner to top it off! Brendan is a stand up guy and highly recommended
