<p>Brendan is an amazing realtor. He provided so much knowledge on the market, neighbourhoods, and the homes. He truly got to know what I was looking for in a home and provided an unbiased prospective when I was uncertain about a particular home. Brendan went above and beyond with his availability. Throughout the process of both selling a condo and buying in this crazy market, I knew Brendan always had my back and really did care. Brendan knows his stuff and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to choose him. Even my father remarked that Brendan is a really good realtor! You won't end up disappointed whether your buying or selling. Thanks for everything, Brendan!!!!</p>

<p>From the very first moment my family met Brendan it was like I was put at ease instantly. Very kind man. I could be friends with Mr. Stoneman. Yes he's an agent, yes they are supposed to be real estate professionals.. in Brendan's case he was MORE. He made of making a point of knowing my family. He spoke to my wife and 3 children like they were all part of our new home purchase. Even while on vacation with his family in another country he was on top of our search.
