<p>Brendan was the most amazing person we could have found to help us with buying our first home. It was a little bit difficult working within our specific price range but Brendan had patience and kept us updated on properties as soon as they popped up. He even offered to help with the little things that he did not need to such as talking to the mortgage broker and dropping off paperwork where we needed! When everything was extra stressful around closing day Brendan made sure to keep himself available to us whenever we needed him so that we could call or text with any concerns and he made sure to re-assure us every step of the way. Brendan was very well informed with things such as tax exemptions and home owners grants which really helped us feel confident that he knew what he was talking about and had our best interests in mind. We will use Brendan when we eventually move up to a bigger home and I will recommend him to everyone I know.
