Currently writing this review in my new house, a house that I love. I truly believe that I would not have obtained this house if I hadn't had Andy as my realtor - Andy went above and beyond by knocking on doors of a complex that I really liked, and found an owner who was already thinking about selling, so I "got in on the ground floor" on the purchase. Andy was also incredibly responsive from the first moment that I contacted him. I would highly recommend Andy as a realtor!

Andy helped us find a home within our budget in a great neighborhood in a very unbalanced market. He was responsive and acted fast on our behalf to ensure that we were the successful bidders on a great home that we plan to live in for a long time.

Andy is the best! He has helped myself multiple times with buying and selling. Andy makes the process go smoothly and with no added stress. I will always call Andy when I am needing his services.

Our experience with Andy was such a breeze. As an out-of-town and first-time home buyer, Andy explained every bit of the home-buying process. He was a tour guide for us too since we were not much familiar with the city and drove us to different areas of the city in his own vehicle! He was extremely honest, generous, and upfront and was able to find us a great property that fit right in our price range! An excellent experience overall!
