<p>It was an absolute pleasure working with Andy Lam. He was a true professional through the entire process of us buying a home coming from BC to Calgary. He was always very quick to answer any questions we had and made the purchase of our home simple and easy the way it should be. Andy has excellent negotiation skills, he was able to get us things in our deal we didn’t even think we could get. I would highly recommend Andy to all my friends and family for any future realtor needs. Hes a great realtor, one that cares and really works for his clients.</p>

<p>Not only he is great as an agent but he is a great person, who really cares about the needs of his customers. He was there before we decided to sell and even after we sold the property.<br /> We worked with him in 2012 and now in 2017 and we are complete sure if we ever need a real estate agent again we will work with him.<br /> Definitely recommend him!</p>

<p>I thought that Andy did a fantastic job helping my wife and I through the transaction of purchasing our first house. Being new to the real estate market, he was very helpful in pointing out things that we needed to be aware of prior to making an offer and then extremely valuable in closing the deal.</p> <p>A number of things in the house were not completed or done to his his/our satisfaction and he had no issue in pointing those things out to the builder and not taking "No" as an answer.</p> <p>I have and will continue to recommend Andy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.</p>

<p>Andy did a great job of listing and selling my rather unique property. He listed it at a price I thought was a stretch but it was sold quickly at a price near the list and above what I had thought was fair market value.</p>
