He provided us with a large variety of options and helped us, in a detailed manner, to narrow our search for the “home of our dreams” in a new city. He set up house appointments in a timely and efficient manner and provided us with the necessary time to fully view each property and answered our questions confidently. If a question arose that Andy could not answer (this was rare in our home search) he quickly and professionally found the answer for us. Andy provided us with help in this home search far beyond our expectations. He set up appointments with a variety of suppliers which was invaluable to us who are new to this city and province. If wanting an A+ realtor, we recommend Andy Lam beyond a doubt.</p>

Andy is patient, accommodating, generous, honest, thoughtful and hard-working. He had no issues walking us through details as many times as needed and explaining things to multiple people directly. He also always seems to working! I would definitely use him again for my future needs.
