When I had to put my condo up for sale, I knew that I wanted to hire Andy. I needed a realtor who was trustworthy, did this 100% full time, was passionate about real estate and was very knowledgeable about the market. Andy met those requirements. I gave him the challenge of selling my place in a very grim market. He fulfilled that challenge professionally and with integrity. Throughout this whole process he not only cared about selling my place. He, also, looked out for my best interest and that was the comforting part.
