<p>I thought that Andy did a fantastic job helping my wife and I through the transaction of purchasing our first house. Being new to the real estate market, he was very helpful in pointing out things that we needed to be aware of prior to making an offer and then extremely valuable in closing the deal.</p> <p>A number of things in the house were not completed or done to his his/our satisfaction and he had no issue in pointing those things out to the builder and not taking "No" as an answer.</p> <p>I have and will continue to recommend Andy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.</p>

<p>Andy did a great job of listing and selling my rather unique property. He listed it at a price I thought was a stretch but it was sold quickly at a price near the list and above what I had thought was fair market value.</p>

<p>Andy was very knowledgeable about my community as well as about the community we were hoping to purchase in. He gave me lots of information about the housing trends for the time, which included info on how to present my home as well as how to negotiate the purchase of the new home.<br /> He sold out home for above market value, and above listing price because of his selling techniques.<br /> He also negotiated a better than expected purchase price for our new home.<br /> Overall, as usual, he did an amazing job with our selling and purchasing needs, as this isn't the first time we've enlisted his market expertise.</p>
