He gave me lots of information about the housing trends for the time, which included info on how to present my home as well as how to negotiate the purchase of the new home.<br /> He sold out home for above market value, and above listing price because of his selling techniques.<br /> He also negotiated a better than expected purchase price for our new home.<br /> Overall, as usual, he did an amazing job with our selling and purchasing needs, as this isn't the first time we've enlisted his market expertise.</p>
