<p>It was my first time buying in Edmonton. I've always wanted a condo downtown. After some talking about what I wanted, he set up some good places to look at. Very knowledgable. There were some hiccups along the way and he helped sort it out. Wasn't afraid to negotiate and stuck to his guns like I wanted too. Will use him again.</p>
