I could not have wanted or asked for more from a real estate agent. Adam went above and beyond in every aspect and I could not be more pleased with his services, his recommendations, or the final outcome. In a down market we sold our condo for our asking price and much faster than we anticipated. Adam worked with us personally to ensure that we understood ever step of the process, were kept in the loop from start to finish, and were happy with everything that was happening. Furthermore, Adam helped us to choose an amazing lawyer, and also arranged for incredible pictures and videos for our listing. I know for a fact any further real estate sales and purchases that are made in the future will be with Adam Benke!
