Adam made himself very accessible to me through out this entire process. It seemed he was always available to take a call and he replied immediately to my texts and emails. As a first time home buyer, I had very little knowledge about real estate in general. Knowing this, Adam explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He also kept me in the loop about what the next steps in the process were. He even pointed me in the direction of potential vendors that I could use for my home inspection and mortgage.

<p><br /> Adam is a very honest realtor, he’s very easy to relate to, and goes above and beyond. The hours the man works are unbelievable. I had very little knowledge of real estate going into this as I was a first time home buyer,and can now say I’m more educated. He is the kind of guy with his clients best interests in mind, I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home, and will 100% use him when it’s time to sell the home he helped me to purchase</p>

Adam Benke was fantastic to work with. He was expedient returning any calls that I had, gave me answers to any questions, and was timely in searching answers out for me. He helped me narrow down my interests in a house while accommodating my shift work schedule. When it came to negotiating a deal he helped me get a deal that I felt good about. He has completely earned my business in the future (If I buy or sell anything else) and has completely earned my referrals. I would definitely use him as a realtor again.

Adam was excellent from the initial contact all the way through the process. We are relocating from BC to AB and had limited time to view properties in-person. The personalized web search system with options to provide feedback before we arrived for viewings was awesome. We were able to get a list of over 95 properties down to less than 20 of serious interest. This also gave Adam a fairly good understanding of our likes, tastes, needs and wants. We felt that he listened to our feedback and took appropriate actions. Adam made us feel very comfortable and made the process much easier than we anticipated.
