Adam has helped us purchase and sell properties in Edmonton while we live in Red Deer, I assume that can be a little challenging for a Real Estate agent (out of town customers) but not for Adam, both transactions were seamless. He was able to accommodate our schedule whether we were viewing homes or coming to town to review offers. Our most recent experience Adam listed a property for us and within 36hrs. we received 6 offers and accepted an offer over our asking price! We’re confident it was the great advice Adam gave us on listing price and some upgrades (new shingles) that helped sell the house so quickly and over asking price! Adam is that one in a million person. His enthusiasm and passion for his field are contagious. He brings honesty, integrity and engenuity to the table.
