Adam Benke was referred to us by a neighbour. He came to the house to meet us and talk about what our expectations were and vice versa. Even though Adam lives in the city and us in the country, he does his homework to see what is happening in the market in the geographics that we resided in. He listened to what we were expecting from our sale. We then discussed to where we were relocating to. Adam would share listings that fell in the perimeters that we gave him. Working with Adam to buy a home has been an absolutely fantastic experience from our first connect, to viewing properties, setting up custom searches, and his warm and friendly approach. You absolutely feel like his top priority in every interaction, he gives great advice and recommendations, and when it's time to place the offer (and negotiate late into the evening), he's got your back. Truly a diamond in the rough. Even though it took longer than we originally anticipated to find a home that checked every one of our many, many, boxes, he worked with us on each visit to help identify pros and cons for future viewings, Adam never made it feel rushed and now we have a home we're proud to call our own.
