Yuriy was a pleasure to work with on both a purchase and a sale. He was always very professional and communication was quick and effective. During the time our unit was for sale he showed that he was willing to take the time and effort to make it happen. Yuriy was a fantastic real estate agent that went above and beyond what we could expect. We had the pleasure of working with Yuriy for our first home purchase. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of hand holding in order to understand the needs for our family at present, and in the future. Yuriy took us on multiple tours and from that we were able to identify the key neighbourhoods that we wanted to look at. When it came down to negotiations, Yuriy proceeded on an evidence based approach and used comparables to indicate the top price we should pay for various properties, and when to walk away. His familiarity with strata assisted us in spotting red flags in disclosure documents. We were also aided greatly by his recommendation for a mortgage broker. It was a fantastic experience and we will use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

In a crazy market like Vancouver, Yuriy worked with us patiently throughout - finding the right property for our needs, putting in offers till we found the perfect one. He's super quick to respond, always ready to get on a zoom call to answer questions, walk us through offers etc.
