Yuri is the consummate professional. Nothing is too much and no detail is overlooked. You need to work with him to get the best results but he makes clear what he needs from the owners at the outset. He will do his utmost to get you the result you are looking for but listen to his counselling. He knows what he is doing - he will be very realistic with his assessments. Follow his advice and you won't go wrong. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to friends or to engage his services again when the time comes for us to sell.
