<p>We have been thinking of investing in a good condo project in Toronto. While speaking with many of my friends, two of them strongly recommended to get in touch with REMAX Team Paliwal. We called Gyanesh Paliwal & on the phone itself he suggested a few top condo projects from the top builder like Tridel. He even provided us with return on investment and rental analysis for a project selected by us. Now the big challenge was that this Bloor Promenade project at Islington subway station was just launched and there was a huge demand. Builder told us that they have already received more than 3500 applications for around 320 units. This really scared us. Thanks to TEAM Paliwal that because of their great relationship and being the preferred partner of Tridel they were able to get a unit for us. later we came to know that there were agents who submitted 20-30 applications and were not able to get even one unit. We feel very luck and honored to choose REMAX TEAM Paliwal .Their advice on the selection of the unit and support so far has been fantastic. We are sure to recommend TEAM Paliwal to anyone we know who thinking of buying /selling real estate in GTA.</p>
