Working with Mr. Gyanesh Paliwal has been an absolute pleasure! Being a new-comer to Canada and first time home buyer, seemed like child's play immediately after getting in touch with him and the paliwal team. Starting from the beginning, educating us about the nuances of buying home and the aspects to be considered were very well sounded off. Post our first detailed meeting, Mr Gyanesh seemed to very well understand the specifications and our expectations from the property we seek to buy. Furthermore the listings shared with us were very close to the expecations and we didnt have to toil searching. Just a couple of visits and we found out our Perfect Home! (Saved so much time and effort) The professionalism, hospitality and demeanor displayed by Mr. Gyanesh is worth an applause. The advice shared by him was clear, crisp and to the point. We could always feel the warmth of working with a family member. We are highly obliged to work with him and can undoubtedly say that he truly excels in the area of his work. All this might sound too good to be true. But you will have to (please) meet him to agree with all that I said. Thank you once again for all your efforts Mr Gyanesh and team!! You guys rock :)

We worked with Aakansha twice, first for renting a house and then purchasing. It was a pleasure working with her, she took the time to understand our needs, showed us properties that match our taste and good neighbourhood. She is always willing to pick us up and take around to show houses. When the time to purchase came, being new to Toronto she showed us properties right from Oakville to Pickering. And one we decided on the house, Mr Gayanesh also stepped in to help with negotiation. and arranged for a meeting with the seller 9pm at night. He ensured that we got the property within our range, and by 10PM we had the deal. Both Aakansh and Mr. Gyanesh went out of their way to ensure we got the house we liked.

It was a good experience and Gyanesh helped to get us Condo in our expected time.We got the unit which we asked. The analysis done on the prices was great.

We were introduced to Team Paliwal through a mutual friend of ours, when we were looking to purchase our first home. Our son was just 2 months old and we had less than 3 months to vacate the current place. We toured a lot of homes with many different features across Mississauga/Brampton. Gyanesh and Anshu were patient and helpful throughout the whole process of viewing many properties, They always made sure that all visits were scheduled so that we had to spend less time travelling with our son. They went above and beyond several times to point out the less than positive details about the places we were looking at that we failed to notice. In the end ,we bought a house in Brampton which seems to us the right place that we will be happy in for years to come and we paid a fair price which was well within our budget. They were also very helpful in guiding us through the process of closing. We would use them again in the future and would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.
