We have had a long and fruitful association with Gyanesh Paliwal, more than 9 years. We bought our first house through him and have been thoroughly satisfied with the buy and hence the reason for engaging his services for a second time when we decided to move to a bigger house. It was a full six month search for us and he patiently cooperated with us during this time. The best part was when we finally zeroed in for the house which met our vision of the house and location of our choice, he negotiated the price by over 5% to bring it down within our budget. And, when he put our previous house for sale, he helped us sell it for almost the list price. Gyanesh persevered in a hot market and didn't give up until he found the right house. He was good at explaining things. I'm glad that he was negotiating for us instead of against us. He was good about answering texts and emails and willing to work late into the evening when needed.
