With his help and terrific negotiation skills they accepted our offer under the asking price and we closed the deal that same day. If it wasn't for them we still may be renting. And it didn't end there. Gyanesh was very resourceful and helped us find a lawyer too. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.</p>
