Before the for sale sign went up Gyanesh took the time to study the market and developed a marketing strategy to ensure maximum exposure. Not only did Gyanesh sell our home in 1 day he was able to negotiate with the buyer from presenting a first offer under asking only to return with an offer above asking of $10,000. Gyanesh also helped us in our purchase in Oakville in which Gyanesh was able to negotiate a 3rd underground parking purchase when we were told by the builder that this would not be possible. Today Gyanesh continues to go out of his way to provide me with inside builder information on new developments. <p>Team Paliwal recently assisted us with the sale of 2 of our properties - one investment property (detached in Brampton) and our residence (semi-detached in Mississauga). Both houses were sold in 5 days with multiple offers (+/- 25 offers for each property); Brampton property was sold for almost 121%, while Mississauga one was sold for approximate 133% of the listing price! <p>DREAM COME TRUE!!!!</p> <p>We moved to Canada with a dream to own our house, but when we faced the reality of real estate in Canada we were very disappointed that we can not afford a home with in our budget and our dream will not come true.</p> <p>But when we met Anshu ji and Gyanesh ji, we felt very positive and due to their hard work and dedication we got our home in Mississauga within our budget.</p> <p>Anshu ji is a very responsible and calm lady with lots of patience which gave us the support to deal with real estate pressure while Gyanesh ji is very practical and a good adviser.
