Working with Mr. Gyanesh Paliwal has been an absolute pleasure! Being a new-comer to Canada and first time home buyer, seemed like child's play immediately after getting in touch with him and the paliwal team. Starting from the beginning, educating us about the nuances of buying home and the aspects to be considered were very well sounded off. Post our first detailed meeting, Mr Gyanesh seemed to very well understand the specifications and our expectations from the property we seek to buy. We worked with Aakansha twice, first for renting a house and then purchasing. It was a pleasure working with her, she took the time to understand our needs, showed us properties that match our taste and good neighbourhood. She is always willing to pick us up and take around to show houses. When the time to purchase came, being new to Toronto she showed us properties right from Oakville to Pickering. And one we decided on the house, Mr Gayanesh also stepped in to help with negotiation. and arranged for a meeting with the seller 9pm at night. He ensured that we got the property within our range, and by 10PM we had the deal. Both Aakansh and Mr. Gyanesh went out of their way to ensure we got the house we liked.

It was a good experience and Gyanesh helped to get us Condo in our expected time.We got the unit which we asked. The analysis done on the prices was great.
