<p>We contacted Glenn last fall and discussed what our criteria was for our forever home. After a couple of showings Glenn and (ourselves) had a bettter feel for what we wanted with what was available within the market. He never once made us feel like we were imposing on him and always managed to set up a viewing within our time line. We had a min. 4 hour drive each way and our time line was very tight. It wasn't just the basic tax questions, but being able to provide an explanation about the different water systems etc that Glenn was able to provide. He always got back to us with answers to a particular viewing-usually before we got home. Things like-where was this house moved from?-or getting information regarding building bylaws (we were in some instances thinking of building our own shop) and chasing down info for where the septic fields ran etc.</p>

<p>Joanne was a fabulous real estate agent. On our first meeting in August of 2016 we realized that Joanne was a real 'people person', very easy to talk to and an especially good listener. She used her vast knowledge of the industry to steer us in the right direction with regards to location and property value.<br /> With her assistance we were able to secure an 'accepted' offer on a beautiful house in Vernon. Unfortunately this deal collapsed due to the collapse of our house sale in Vancouver.<br /> Since August Joanne never gave up on assisting us in our search for the perfect home. Even when we decided to take our home off the market and stay put in Vancouver, Joanne never gave up on us. In March we received a notice from Joanne of a new listing in Vernon. Not only did Joanne secure this listing for us but she also found us a fabulous agent in Vancouver. Within 7 days of finding this beautiful house in Vernon we were also able to sell our house in Vancouver.
