<p>We had a very positive experience with Alex Wambold in selling our home and purchasing a new home. Our home sold super fast and he and his team facilitated all the legal paperwork and documents in a very timely manner which made it very easy for me. Alex was very understanding to our criteria when we were looking for a new home. He was open and honest with us and tried to match a home to our desires and not just find any home. He was willing to show any home and was super flexible. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to our emails and text. there is much to say about him and his team but overall we had a great experience and would recommend his services to anyone who wants a great realtor.</p>

<p>As first time home buyers, my wife and I were very appreciative of our experience with Avrill and the Salt Fowler team. I feel like we learned so much and our questions were responded to and clearly answered in a timely fashion. Our agent was personable and flexible and clearly dedicated to her clients. The current market condition made desirable properties sell quickly but our realtor's networking skills allowed us to view brand new listings immediately. Our price range made my wife and I consider different property types, including condos, town homes, duplexes and single family dwellings. Avrill gave expertise to the pros and cons of each property type and made our dreams of home ownership come true. <p>Christie did a great job in a very tight market. We were living out of the area when we first started house hunting so communication was very important. Limited inventory plus a smoking hot market added additional pressure on Christie to find us the right place.</p>
