After viewing our property they recommended and we accepted a reasonable listing price for the property. They worked overtime to show our property and ended up securing several offers. We were constantly updated on prospective buyer comments and given weekly statistics on contacts with potential buyers. In the end we received 5 offers in total on which we countered on 3 of the offers. A bidding war developed between two prospective buyers which resulted in a final offer of over $10,000 more than the list price. We were thrilled.</p> <p>We executed the deal while we were holidaying in New Zealand utilizing a computer program called DocuSign. Amazing technology!
