<p>This was my first experience selling a home. It was my mother's and was located in a community other than where I lived. When I met Lisa Salt she was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can honestly rate her efforts on my behalf as a "5" in all categories. She arranged for all the documents to be signed electronically, she promptly returned all my calls, I got regular reports and she was just pleasant and professional. I honestly would recommend Lisa and the Salt Fowler team to anyone in the Vernon area. It was a most satisfactory business arrangement.</p>

<p>Alex and his assistant, Tanya, were very nice to work with. Always punctual, always professional. They both are very hard working and have a lot of integrity, in my opinion. He warned me off a few properties that he knew were dogs, and never pushed or insisted that I move in a certain direction.</p> <p>We were long-distance buyers, which complicated things quite a bit. Alex had to work harder for us than for some of his clients, I'm sure, but he never let that stop him from doing a good job. Alex also has referred contractors to us that may be able to help us with a few changes to the property. He helped me screen properties that I was unable to view, except on the computer, and when we came to town to look at some properties, he even showed up to meet us in person on the day his new daughter was born! My partner and I have much respect for him as person and as a professional.</p>

<p>Very good communication. Loved dealing with Alex. He helped us all along the way and guided through each step explaining what everything meant. Would recommend!</p>

<p>Christie was awesome! We were new to the North Okanagan area and she was truly an expert. She was professional, timely, very knowledgeable, full of resources and just a pleasure to work with. Christie always had her research up to date and if there was a question she didn't know, she researched it in a timely manner. Christie was an awesome negotiator, honest, fair and again communicated well. We will for sure recommend her to others and work with her again. Thank you for helping us find our perfect home.</p>
