<p>Joanne, was a pleasure to work with. As we are locating from our current city to another. I personally felt stresses of not knowing Vernon, BC (the good area's and not so good areas). she was very informative and at ease with us. We requested many showings on the weekends, as we had to travel 5 hours to Vernon. she did and amazing job to accommodate our wishes and to meet us for the viewings. <p>At our first meeting we were impressed with Alex's presentation on his tablet, showing us sales and listing info for our area, and the service he provides. During the listing and selling process, Alex updated us on a regular and timely basis. Our goal was to achieve a deal at least 95% of our listing price and that was the result. We had listed before with another agent and were unsucessful at that time, probably because our asking price was too agressive. We were much more motivated this time and Alex helped us decide on a listing price that was workable. Alex works with a team of support staff that sends out a weekly update, detailing how many times our listing was accessed through various media.<br /> Our hearty thanks to Alex and his team.</p>

<p>Avril went above and beyond to meet our expectations with our first time experience buying our house. She is very professional and knowledgable in the realistate buisiness and was always able to answer any questions we had. Brittney and I are both very happy with our experience with her.</p>

Since we were buying a property in a city far from our home she did a great job finding times to visit that worked for us and she was also very flexible in her communication methods allowing us to complete the sale thru emails and web signing etc.</p> <p>I would highly recommend Joanne as a real estate agent.</p>

<p>Chris went above and beyond to make our transaction happen on time. There was a lot of follow up that needed to take place due to it being part of a strata and on the water with a boat slip which is it's own set of rules. She kept us informed and up to date throughout the process and worked tirelessly on our behalf. It took a lot of years of looking in the area before purchasing and Chris took the time to send us the listings and give a timely follow up to see if there was anything she could do on her end. When the right listing came up she was on it and made it happen.<br /> We would recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell their real estate in the area.
