James was very helpful and prompt in every way: in arranging to stage the house, in arranging home inspection, in arranging a videographer, photographer, in listing the house and in marketing the house on all platforms. He was on the roll!! and kept us all up-to-date. He was very professional and was on top of all things , very kind, very timely, very gentle, supportive, prompt, honest, proactive and trustworthy. He is a person with excellent characters. He had lots of patience in giving us his advice regardless of how many times we contacted him, he was always there for us to provide his support, relevant advice and excellent service. After each showing of the house, he obtained feedback from the agents and kept us in the loop. Overall, we are very happy with the sale of our house and would not hesitate recommending his services to anyone. His efforts in selling our property is very much appreciated. Team Elfassy does it again! 3 Years ago a family friend was going to help sell my house and give me a deal. Well you know about family friends. Not such a great deal at all. Just looking for another client. Team Elfassy's 1%, now that's a deal. I saw their signs all over the area I was from (many of them SOLD signs). Look the team up, read his reviews and gave him a call. We were on the same page. I did my research and so did Dave. I told him what I expected and we both agreed. The house would go up soon. He send in his stager and even covered the cost of a home inspection. The house went on the market and in 14.5 hours, the offer that was where I needed to be came in, and the deal was done. Then he had Steve and his team work on a new place for me in the area I wanted, and in no time I was ready to move into my new house (in Dave's neighborhood even). Move ahead 3 years almost to the date and I'm ready to move on again. I texted Dave, and he called right away. He brought Steve into the picture and we were off to the races again. The stager made my home look so good (I almost wanted to stay)! This time it was a much different market, but his team adapted, and two competing offers came in within 2 weeks when nothing else seemed to be moving in my area. The job was done again. Great job team! Would I recommend his team? You bet, anytime! This time I don't need help to find a new place, but I would sure appreciate the hands on to help move me :) Thanks Team. 3 for 3
