He is cool. From the 1st moment that I met Dave Elfassy I knew that I'd met an exceptional salesman. Dave's personality and professionalism came through immediately.. His skills in negotiation and knowledge of the real estate community I live in was great.. Dave and his team, Ana , spent time and energy on my property. Dave and his team Provided exceptional service to me with professional photography , Professional staging and a sharp glossy paper on my property as well as a great website. Four opened houses were held in the 1st week and numerous showing followed.. Dave and Anna kept me informed of the feedback from the potential purchasers. Unfortunately the timing of my listing was very poor and I have to sell well below by asking Price. Dave negotiated For me in an excellent manner.
