We have selected Elfassy Real estate to assist us in the sale of our house in Thornhill based on reviews online and we could not have picked any better! Steve was assigned to our case but we felt like the whole brokerage was there for us. Any time we had a question or a concern, both Steve and Dave would answer our calls or messages providing knowledgeable help and advice. They brought on a home staging service by Sarika which did an amazing job and created the appeal to cater to a larger group of potential byers even when the market has drastically fallen. The photography and video were remarkable quality! His marketing team is top notch and can't be beat(over 40 showings in 7 days!) He knows the area and has provided a very comprehensive market analysis that helped us to decide with confidence. The best part about working with the Elfassy Team was that they were always focused on answering our questions and in contact at any time, giving us good advice and reducing our stress levels at the same time. We had a great experience and could not have asked for a better help at selling our house!
