Working with Eric Glazenberg was honestly one of the best decisions we made during the whole process of selling our rental condo. The market right now is very tough, but Eric never once let that slow him down. He kept looking for new ways to get us the result we needed and he was always thinking creatively about how to position our condo in a way that made sense for the current conditions. He completely understood the pressure of our timeline since we had already purchased our new home and needed to sell our rental condo before closing.
