As a seller, it was difficult to accept that the days of "listing and selling over asking within 24 hours" were gone. I don't know how he can list for 1% commission, given all the money, time and effort he puts into the listing (including the photos, 3D walkthrough, brochure, website, staging, etc). He truly does everything in his power to market and sell your house, and he makes sure expectations are in-line with the current market conditions.<br /> I would recommend Dave (and his team) when listing, and would also recommend using him to buy a house.</p>
