<p>Dave made appropriate decisions on how to market the property in the current market environment of my neighbourhood and I got what I wanted.</p>

<p>Dave was really amazing! He became a friend rather than just an agent. He went many extra miles for me when I was selling my house. Thanks to him, once listed, the house sold in 6 days! Beyond any of my expectations. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!</p>

<p>Dave helped us to find a rental location in the basement of a house. He was also the Landlords real estate agent, which he did disclose to us.</p> <p>So he was clear and concise in his communications and honest (esp. since he was acting as both parties' real estate agent) about the pros and cons.</p> <p>We have used several other Real Estate agents before, and we easily prefer Dave over all the others.</p> <p>We tried to use him again (in mid-2012) when we purchased our new home (through a builder); however, the builder would not allow Real Estate agents to be part of the purchasing process.</p>

<p>Between Sean and Dave, I always felt like my best interests were put first. They were patient with me in finding a home and realized full well what this home purchase meant to me on a personal level. The professional advice I received was second to none and I couldn't be happier with my home.</p>
