My father found Dave through the internet and was attracted by the low realtor fee. We did a search of Dave and we liked what we read so we hired him to sell our property in Thornhill. Dave was organized, professional, knew his business and attentive to my elderly father's needs. He walked us through the negotiation process (back and forth several times) of selling our home and to our delight, it sold in 5 days. He was always available when we needed him and was attentive to our unusual requests. It was a reasonably painless process and Dave helped us make it as smooth as possible. We would strongly recommend him to anyone else wishing to sell or buy a house in the Vaughan area.
