<p>This is the third time Dave rendered his service to me and, again, I am very satisfied with what he succeeded in getting for me.<br /> This time I was looking for a new tenant for my unit and Dave managed to find a new tenant basically in two days.<br /> Besides, he has made me get almost 6% more than the amount of rent that I was asking for.</p>
