I would highly recommend Rachel - she made a very stressful situation tolerable, and provided a lot of helpful advice on preparing my home for sale. Her knowledge of the current real estate market expedited my listing, and we were able to sell in two days!

Rachel and Dave were fantastic! They helped us buy a new home, and sell our old one. We were downsizing with the goal of wiping out our mortgage, so our required buy and sell values were very static. Despite this rigid requirement, we were able to happily complete both transactions with ease! I'll highly recommend both of them to anyone I know that's looking for an agent. :)

We went with Rachel for the sale and purchase of our house in 2017, and were really excited to work with her again as we looked to upgrade to a larger family home. We knew that finding a four bedroom home in the Waterloo Region within our budget would be a challenge, and when one came on the market we liked, Rachel was able to work quickly and read the situation, allowing us to snap the house up at a great price - well under what we expected to pay. With the sale of our house: Rachel (and Dave) gave us great design and staging tips to help attract buyers. We received many offers, and were very happy with the final sale price, which was much higher than we anticipated! Buying low and selling high is a huge challenge right now, but we are thrilled that we were able to do so with Rachel.

Rachel worked with us in the recent past to sell a property in Kitchener. At that time her professionalism, attention to detail and communication skills resulted in a quick and painless sale. Due to our past experience with Rachel, we chose her to look for a new property for us in Kitchener/Waterloo in September 2021. At this time we lived out of town and relied on Rachel to assist us. Rachel located, negotiated and closed a purchase for us. Once again we benefited from Rachel’s real estate skills and experience. We always received immediate replies to our phone calls and emails which was essential as we were out of town. Rachel’s real estate skills are second to none . Her remarkable and friendly personality was a valuable addition to a real estate transaction.
