We first met Rachel in 2016 when our Mother decided to downsize and relocate to a condo. Rachel had arranged for us to tour several units available throughout the city. Once we found the "one", she guided us through the offer process. We are certain we didn't overpay due to Rachel's negotiation skills. Earlier this year, our Mother passed away and when it came time to sell the condo we again obtained Rachel to handle the sale. Rachel advised us on furniture placement and added her own decorative items to assist in the staging. The pictures for the listing were amazing. The communications of upcoming showings and resulting follow ups were timely and well received. Again Rachel's guidance during the offer stage was valuable. We can highly recommend Rachel, whether you are buying or selling.

I would 100% recommend Rachel (and Dave). They really go to bat for you in negotiations. They are a full service team, everything from staging, photos and walkthroughs. I honestly don't think we would have got the price (selling and buying) we got without them. A+.

Rachel really went above and beyond for us. This was our first time selling and buying at the same time, and she was available every step of the way to help. She staged our home beautifully after making suggestions of what to keep and what to "tuck away". I honestly believe the staging and photography of our home that she provided went a long way to having such a quick sale. She truly has her client's best interest in mind, and was knowledgeable enough about the current market to save us thousands on our new home by advising us not to over bid. We moved out of town, but she made herself available for multiple hour-long drives to the country to help us find our forever home. If I ever move again, Rachel will be the first call I make. I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience we had working with her. 10/10

From the minute I contacted Rachel to sell my Aunt's home she was wonderful. Rachel helped us understand what needed to be done to get top dollar and she was there all through the process. As I told Rachel when we met the first time, I am not one to be a fan of Real Estate agents, but I can tell you this, I would use her professional services again in a heart beat. Great work Rachel. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service Rachel provided. We discussed at length the market trends and her thoughts on the best selling strategy for my condo. She took the time to walk me room by room making suggestions on how to better stage the property for optimal photo and selling results. Her photographer did an amazingly creative job. The neighbours were all impressed with how great my place looked in the photos ( couldn’t look in person due to Covid). The first day I had 6 viewings and it sold that night for a price way beyond my expectations! Wow! Three weeks before closing an unforeseen circumstance occurred which Rachel handled with professionalism, competence, and compassion. Her experience in this industry shone through. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone thinking of selling or buying ( FYI 8 years ago she helped me buy the condo I just sold !!)

In this intense real estate market, we were so grateful for how Rachel navigated our purchase to make sure we got what we wanted, but didn't overpay. When it came to selling our old home, she made sure it was staged perfectly and did an outstanding job of marketing so we were able to get the best price possible. We would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for an agent. If we ever move again (which is unlikely because Rachel helped to secure our dream home!) we will definitely give Rachel a call.
