When my husband (fiance at the time) and I were looking to buy a new home I didn’t consider anyone else. Rachel did an amazing job helping me sell and buy my previous home so she was our obvious first choice. She quickly realized we wouldn’t find what we were looking for in a resale home and took us to some local builders. Once we found our forever home and signed the paperwork, she worked with us to put our houses on the market. She helped us to price our homes competitively, offered suggestions to add value and implemented staging ideas. Additionally, she kept us up to date about all showings and potential buyers. Rachel doesn’t fool around and is an excellent representative for any home buyer or seller. She is up front with her clients and is respectful of their privacy.
