We loooooved working with Rachel & David! We were a young family with a seven-month baby, and we needed to upgrade from our townhouse rental to our first home. We envisioned it to be a cozy detached home with a backyard for the little one to enjoy. IN JUST 2 WEEKS, they helped us score a move-in-ready home. The house was in a prime location, just a few minutes walk to all the necessary amenities. It also had an excellent school in the neighbourhood. We were located in Oakville and were looking for a home in the KWC area. We lived 1hr away from KWC, but Rachel & David were accommodating to our restrictions. They always made time to show us the property at our convenience. Even on Thanksgiving, David carved out some time for us. They both were very patient in understanding our requirements and specific criteria to follow Vastu Shastra. They respected our choices, and we never felt pressured to look at any properties that didn't fit our criteria. The property listing shared with us was very informative and easy to navigate. They always answered all our questions promptly, and their expertise in the KWC area showed through their answers and recommendations. We are grateful that they helped us find our beautiful home. We know exactly whom to call if we ever need to sell our current home or get an investment property. Overall, I recommend Rachel and Dave to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially first-time homebuyers. I would trust them with my eyes closed.

David Paquette was very friendly, professional, and excellent and communicating. He did a great job explaining the buying process to me as a first time home buyer which put me at ease. We were lucky to find a condo during the housing boom for a good price.
