Rachel was an absolute pleasure to deal with both in selling and purchasing my new home. I did have some ptsd from my last real estate agent and Rachel was extremely patient with me and we listed when I was ready. She walked me through the process and provided contacts to get the help needed to get my house ready to sell asap.

Rachel was accommodating, forthright and understanding. She helped us not only navigate the paperwork, but she also helped manage our expectations through our buying process when houses are being sold for significantly more than the listed price. Her partner Dave helped round out the service permitting us to view more houses in a shorter period of time. I can honestly say we would not have sold our old house for as much as we did had it not been for Rachels's negotiation ability. I can also say we could not have bought our new house if it was not for Dave's flexibility.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but Rachel was simply outstanding in every way possible. Can't say enough nice things about her!
