In 2011, I was very fortunate to have meet Wendy during an open house. My first impression of Wendy definitely made me feel extremely confident that she would be able meet & exceed all my expectations of a realtor. Wendy's friendly approach & professional knowledge of the housing market is very impressive. Since 2011, Wendy has looked after 6 sales/purchases for myself, and we are still working on a few to this date. I cannot thank her enough for the professional support & extremely relaxing venture in the transition of every sale & purchase. When we bought our Condo 7 years ago we were very impressed with how well it showed. I asked our realtor at the time about that and she said "they have a very good realtor". We remembered that comment and called Wendy when it was time for us to sell. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge of the markets were evident from day 1.
