Moves are always difficult, especially when it is moving to a different city. Wendy was referred to us, which gave us a certain level of trust, and the rest came from talking to and meeting with Wendy. The intention was to vacate the property before it was listed and we felt very comfortable leaving it in Wendy's hands. She handled everything so well and very promptly.... arranged for painting of the condo, the staging, etc. It was such a relief to know that end of things was being taken care of in such a professional and competent way. The listing went live around 6 pm, there were 3 showings booked for the following day by 7 pm. The condo was conditionally sold within 24 hours for above list price. I don't think things could have gone any better!!
