Wendy’s professionalism and negotiating skills are excellent. We had constant communication from start to finish. We followed her guidance on getting our home ready to sell, and the small requests really made an impact, then her decorating team pulled it all together. Her advice was right – every time! We had a quick sale at top price, then she helped us purchase our next home – and this too, went like clockwork and was perfect with timing, price and communication. Wendy has an extensive network that can help you with the extra steps required in buying or selling a home. Another advantage is that Wendy really knows Calgary, so when we asked for her advice, she was able to show us other areas, similar to what we were looking for that suited our lifestyle. In the end, we found a new home that checked all the boxes and with Wendy’s help we were able to secure this beautiful home, being sold by a builder (yes you can take your realtor when visiting a new home builder!
