Wendy helped us with our daughters condo purchase (her first) She was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer all of her questions. Wendy worked with her within her budget and her wish list. We bid on and lost out on two other properties given the competitive current market in Calgary. We were successful on our third try; due to Wendy's knowledge and experience she helped our daughter purchase a great first time home in a well managed building. She can't wait to move in. My family and I have worked with Wendy and her team a few times to sell some challenging properties. Our most recent sale was a former rental property that was in a state of dis-repair. Wendy provided guidance that helped us efficiently rehab the house making it the cleanest and best appearing house in the neighborhood. Then she put her staging abilities to work and turned it into an 11/10. She also helped us solve a last minute detail to complete the legal transaction. Wendy was a great help in the recent purchase of my first condo. Being a first time buyer I was not very familiar with the process of purchasing real estate, to which Wendy was nothing but supportive of. She made sure to walk me through how to look through listings to see if they're worthwhile, troublesome developers, features and locations to look at for future renting alongside providing lots of support for things like the condo inspection, condo document review, and the entire offer process. Her support throughout this entire process helped to make sure that I ended up making the right decision and not rushing into anything. Wendy's entire process was smooth and seamless, she ensured that she understood my needs and expectations quickly and remembered those when looking through future properties. She continually listened as I identified other items of interest or concern and adapted her search as such. On a personal side, Wendy was nothing but friendly and communicative.
